UPDATE statement to Set Ratings Online File Management (OFM) Originally developed for my mom as a means to transport files between home and the Library; the OFM evolved into a complete web based online file management system of Windows based network file shares. The OFM can be login script integrated to assign network drive mappings, allow the settings of file and folder permissions, permit sharing of files with other users or upload enabling of folders to other users, online zipping; attachment emailing; copying; moving; renaming or deleting of files and can be active directory integrated. Every activity within the system is logged and a reporting front end piece allows administrators to monitor this activity. User management syncs the users for the system with active directory and can also update user details entered through the system into the user's properties in active directory. The OFM has been successfully deployed to customers of ASCI and also implemented into the server infrastructure at New Trier High School. A user base of 4,000+ students and staff use the system for remote access to drive mappings & file shares.
